Meet Our Therapist: Sharnel Friedrick

Sharnel graduated in 1990 from Applied Life Christian College with an Associates degree in Business. After many years of working in various unfulfilling jobs, and with the wonderful support of her family and friends, she quit her job and followed her dream of becoming a massage therapist. She is a 2006 graduate of Cortiva Institute-Humanities Center School of Massage in Pinellas Park Florida and is certified in NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy), Trigger Point/Tender Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, and Swedish Massage. She is Nationally Certified and licensed in Maryland as well as Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. Her desire is to provide her clients with a relaxing experience to ease stress while incorporating therapeutic massage to relieve acute and chronic pain.
