Meet Our Therapist: Stephanie M. Riggs, LMT

Stephanie received her occupational associates degree from Heritage institute for Massage Therapy in January of 2007. Her education consists of over 500 hours in anatomy/physiology, Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage and trigger point release. She is nationally certified and licensed in the state of Maryland. Stephanie is passionate about her career and takes great pride in knowing that she can help people feel better over time.
