Q: What should I expect?
A: The massage room is in a quiet and private area
away from any distractions or interruptions. The room
is arranged in a dimly lit area with quiet meditative
music as to excel as much relaxation and comfort needed
to ensure a deeply beneficial massage. We use scented
and unscented massage oils/lotions. And have comfortable
cushions and pillows to help in the proper positioning
with spinal alignment.

Q: What do I wear?
A: That's totally up to you. We prefer you to completely
disrobe. If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments
that's not a problem. You are NEVER exposed and always
under sheets/blankets. You will need to remove ALL jewelry.

A: Depending on the surgical procedure and on your
Doctors advice you probably can. What I will do is isolate

Q: What is seated chair massage?
A: The client sits with their face angled toward
the floor, in a custom massage chair, kind of a forward
facing recliner. You stay clothed at all times and we
work through the clothing on the back, neck and shoulder
areas. This is extremely helpful for those unsure of
massage as a way to learn about the therapist and meaning
behind massage. This also is a good introduction to
neck shoulder problem areas concerned with migraines
and carpal tunnel syndrome. Stop by the Photo Album
to view images.

Q: I have a previous medical condition, should I
try massage?

to see a permission slip or a referral from your Physician

traditional treatment, but to enhance it.

A: Yes, each gift certificate can be purchased out
of our locations of operation, but must be redeemed

a gift certificate. It is the client's responsibility

Q: How often should I get a massage?
A: Frequency depends on what the problem is. We
recommend if your pain is acute or a result of an injury
that you visit every three days. For pain that is experienced
continually, we recommend monthly "maintenance"
visits. Listen to your body and let it tell you. The
therapist will make a suggestion depending on work being
done.
